REMEMBER: You do not need a referral to use our services and we do not require any proof of need.

A volunteer will usually call you back within a few hours, and ask for some information. Germantown HELP's phone lines take messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, because of availability of volunteers, we only make deliveries Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. If you call us before 3:00 p.m. on a weekday, you will usually receive a delivery of food that day.  If you have had a delivery recently, you may not be called back that day if we are very busy. Calls received after 3:00 p.m. will be returned on the next business day and food will be delivered on that day.

Sometimes we may run a day behind, but we will try to reach you as soon as possible.  We will deliver to a household up to ten times in a rolling 12-month period.  If we have brought you food recently (within the last month), we may not be able to deliver to you today if we are really busy.
